Dark blue black in appearance with small yellow fins, Tuna is mainly found in the filleted variety where it is sold by portioned steaks. Its dark red flesh is not to be confused with red meat. Tuna is found around Tasmania and other parts of Australia and is High in Omega 3, making it yet another healthy option. A firm textured fish, Tuna must be cooked quickly and for a limited time.
