Crayfish 750g

Considered to be the ultimate in seafood cuisine. Crayfish / Lobster has a beautiful flavour and is very mild tasting. Available nearly all year round, Crayfish can be purchased live or cooked. Live crayfish have a dark burgundy brown shell whilst cooked crays are red all over. We believe that Australian Crayfish are the best and can be prepared for many exquisite seafood meals. Australian fresh crayfish may be expensive so.....“if it’s expensive you must eat it very slowly!”. Please note we cannot guarantee that a crayfish will weigh exactly 750g. Where you select the 750g option, we will aim to provide you with one which is as close to your requested weight as possible. In such cases, you will be charged for exactly the weight of the crayfish you receive (on a $/kg basis). The price quoted here is simply a guide for a crayfish weighing exactly 750g.
