HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the Product category under Products on the left hand side menu bar. (ie if you are looking for Salmon fillets, select the Fresh Fish – Fillets & Cutlets category).

2. Click on the product you want, either on the left hand side menu bar, or by selecting the relevant picture on the right hand side. (ie select Salmon Fillets)

3. Select the Size of the product you wish to purchase (where applicable). For example if you are looking for entrée size servings, select the first option of 100g Salmon Fillets – Entrée Size.

4. Read the information on your product then Scroll Down to the bottom of the page and select how you would like your product prepared  from the Preparation Options drop down list (where applicable). For example, select Fillets Skin On.

5. To the right of your screen, enter the Quantity of Product required. (ie if you require 4 entrée size fillets, enter 4 here. If you also require say 2 main size fillets, you will need to complete this order, add it to your cart, and add the main size fillets as a separate order by following step 1 onwards.

6. Then click on Add this to my Cart

7. If this is the end of your purchase please ensure your order total is $40.00 or more before delivery charges.

8. Then either click on Go to Checkout button, or if you would like more products then click on the Go Back to Shopping button and add more products.(This is where you would order different sized fillets).

9. Select your desired Delivery Date, and add any Special Instructions in the box provided.  Then select continue checkout.

10. Enter all relevant Credit Card information and any last minute Additional Comments in the box provided and click on submit and pay.

Please note all orders must be placed by 5pm on the day before desired delivery date.  (ie if you require delivery on Tuesday, your order must be placed by 5pm on Monday).

How does payment work?

When you complete your purchase on our website and provide your credit card details, you will be advised of an estimated total cost. This will be estimated because we custom prepare all orders to your requirements, so for example, if you order 1kg of fillets at $10/kg, once the fillets are cut, they may total 0.98kg, not exactly 1kg. Therefore we will charge you for exactly what you receive, being 0.98 x $10 = $9.80. This will only be known after we prepare your order, as all orders are custom prepared, therefore the credit card payment will not be processed until we have prepared your order on the day of delivery.

In order for us to process this credit card transaction which may slightly vary to your estimated total, we have included a tickbox at checkout which you must tick for the order to be completed. The tickbox explains that you agree to a variation of up to 15% (being 15% less or more than the estimated price provided), to be processed from your credit card, due to the possible variation as explained above. Should the variation be more than 15%, we will call you before finalising your order.
