The only issue I had was not knowing the delivery time approximately- I seem to remember I had to ring eventually to get an approximate time for the delivery so that I didn't have to hang around all day waiting. Dear Jim and Julie, I was very happy with the service, quality and packaging of the fish I recently ordered from you. I will be placing another order next week. One comment I have is that it would be nice to be able to stipulate how many serves of fish should be packed together. For example, I placed two orders each for two pieces of salmon and they came packaged together as four pieces in one pack. Because I am only catering for my husband and myself, I really would like two serves of fish per pack. Is this possible? (YES!!!) My only (minor) complaint is the $40 min spend. This will not stop me from buying fish from you, but it does mean that I have to freeze most of it and I won't make as many orders as I otherwise would. Even so, it has been great after it is thawed.Generally, I am very happy with the quality of your product. It tastes just like it should! Roslyn
