How Does It Work?

Fresh Fish Online delivers your products suitably packaged in insulated boxes with ice so that you can be assured the product reaches you in pristine condition.  Customers need not be home to receive the package, provided adequate instructions have been provided for the package to be left in a secure spot.

We deliver four times a week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays between 12pm and 6pm. To see if we deliver to your area, have a look at our Delivery Areas.  If not, please advise us via our Contact Us page.

Your order needs to be placed by 5pm the day prior to the required delivery day. We will purchase the products for your order fresh from the Footscray Wholesale Fish Market that very next morning. Your order will then be prepared, packed and delivered to you that same day – which means you will receive the freshest fish, as we only buy enough to cover our orders.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges start from $6.20 (incl GST & Fuel Levy) depending on the delivery area and increase in cost the further away you live.
