For the finest in quality and freshness, we vacuum pack all fresh fish fillets before delivery. Vacuum packing eliminates dehydration and freezer burn and delays deterioration caused by ambient air, protecting against oxidation, thus extending the life of the fish. Fresh vacuum packed fish fillets can be kept in the fridge (0 - 4 degrees celcius) for 6-8 days.  Alternatively they can be frozen.
